Greetings, Mubaku Bright Future Nursery and Primary School Sponsors!

As we wrap up the 2025 academic year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering commitment to sponsoring a child. Your support has been essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and impactful learning environment for the children of Mubaku Village, and we are incredibly thankful for your contributions.

It is incredible that for as little as $65.00 USD a year (less than $6.00 a month), you can give a child a future. $165.00 a year allows an at-risk child to live in the dorms and attend school. $400.00 a year enables a child to attend secondary boarding school.

Over the next two weeks, we’ll send renewal notices to those whose support was for the 2025 school year. We hope you will continue your vital support.

Enrollment and Academic Progress – 2025

Kids Dancing in Celebration

  • Total enrollment in February 2025: 211 pupils
  • Enrollment at the year’s end: 181 pupils
    • Girls: 60%
    • Boys: 40%
  • The drop-off is primarily due to parents’ inability to pay the $21.67 USD per term for the fall term.
Primary Seven (P.7) Class

Primary Seven Class (plus one Primary 6 kid)

  • Total registered candidates: Nine
  • Candidates who sat for the Primary Leaving Examination (PLE): Eight (all girls)
  • – One pupil, Scovia, was unable to participate due to illness.

The eight candidates are currently awaiting their PLE results, scheduled for release in January 2026. Those who pass will have the opportunity to advance to secondary school, paving the way for their future.  We currently have commitments to sponsor three of them. We sincerely pray that all of them will pass the exam and that we can secure five more $ 400.00-a-year secondary school sponsorships.

Secondary School Support

This year, seven sponsored girls and one boy attended secondary school and successfully completed their final exams. We are confident that all will be promoted to the next class, as their hard work and dedication shine through. Your support has made this possible, and we urge you to continue standing with us as we strive for excellence in education.
