Adding Running Water, Toilets, and Showers

The village has decided that its next priority is to install modern plumbing at the school.  There will be sinks and toilets at both the lower and upper campuses.  The Dorm will get showers! The cost of this project may increase as we address the challenges of providing water and installing septic systems for the two sites.

The project is estimated at 34,000 USD.  As of  February 2, 2026,$21.400 has been raised.

Third Building Reverse Timeline:

January 2026:  Construction Continues and Supplies Purchased!

On January 8th and 9th, materials to build two additional water towers, along with plumbing and building supplies for the toilets and showers, were delivered, and construction continues.

January 31, 2026:  Backl Side of the toilet Building	January 31, 2026: Plumbing of the toilet building is ongoing, and the windows for the toilets are done	January 31, 2026: Second Well almost completed
January 31, 2026: The septic tank is getting its cover slab next.	January 27, 2026: Septic Tank Under Construction	January 26, 2026: Lower Campus Water Tower is up!
January 17, 2026:  Welding of first of two water towers underway.	January 10, 2026:Walls are going up for the Staff and Visitor Toilet	January 9, 2026: Bricks for restrooms and septic delivered
January 9, 2026: Gravel for septic delivered.	January 8, 2026:  Supplies Unloaded!	January 8, 2026:  The water tanks arrive

December 2025:  Construction Starts!

Construction starts, and fundraising is in full swing.

To save money, the villages dug the trench for the water pipe from the water tower, which you can see in the back of the picture.	Villagers have installed the water line that will feed the upper campus and cover the pipe.	The first running tab at the school!
